These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and AI WAALAA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), and govern access to and use of the AiDo product at aido.co.in, including the web application, agents, assistants, MCP servers, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services
AiDo provides AI-assisted marketing automation tools, including agents, ready-made assistants, reporting, campaign workflows, and MCP integrations that connect to third-party platforms you authorize (such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others).
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practical.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be able to form a binding contract and use AiDo only for lawful business / professional purposes.
3. Connected platforms & OAuth
Some features require you to connect third-party accounts via OAuth or similar authorization. You represent that you have the right to grant AiDo the access you authorize. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms (including Google Ads, Meta, and others) and for the consequences of actions you approve in AiDo.
Write actions on connected accounts (for example creating or changing campaigns) are typically subject to your approval in-product unless you explicitly enable automated or scheduled execution. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before they go live.
4. AI-generated output
AiDo uses AI models to generate suggestions, drafts, analyses, and automations. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You must review AI output before relying on it for business decisions or publishing live ads/content. AiDo is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or compliance advice.
5. Plans, credits, and payment
Access may require a subscription and/or credits. Pricing, included usage, and credit rules are described in-product or on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay, not stored in full on our servers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices or abuse. Applicable taxes (including GST) may be charged as required.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or third-party rights (including platform policies and advertising rules).
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer the Services except to the extent permitted by law.
- Use the Services to spam, deceive users, or run unauthorized access against others' accounts.
- Upload malware or content that is unlawful or infringing.
- Resell or sublicense the Services except under a written agreement with us.
7. Intellectual property
AiDo, its branding, software, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You retain rights in content and data you submit. You grant us a license to process that material solely to provide and secure the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data, including Google user data and our AI/ML training disclosure. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy.
9. Third-party services
The Services may interoperate with third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside AiDo.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT INTEGRATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI WAALAA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify AiDo against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your connected-account actions, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law/platform policies.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or fail to pay. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local consumer law applies. Subject to those protections, the courts in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
