Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI WAALAA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), operating the AiDo product at aido.co.in and related app domains, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, web application, agents, assistants, and MCP services (together, the "Services").

1. Summary

  • We process account, billing, and usage data needed to run AiDo.
  • When you connect Google or other platforms, we access the data required to perform the marketing tasks you request (reports, audits, campaign setup, and similar).
  • Connected marketing data is processed to fulfill your requests. We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not use Google user data (or your connected marketing data) to train general-purpose AI/ML models.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account and contact data

Name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace/organization details, and communications you send us (for example support requests).

2.2 Usage and device data

Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, feature usage, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic events needed for security and reliability.

2.3 Payment data

Subscription plan, credits balance, billing status, and payment references. Card and UPI details are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers on AiDo servers. Razorpay's processing is subject to their own privacy policy and terms.

2.4 Connected platform data (including Google)

If you authorize AiDo to connect third-party accounts (for example Google Ads, Google Search Console, YouTube, Google Merchant Center, Google Business Profile, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar), we receive access tokens and the account data needed to run the features you use—such as performance metrics, campaigns, creatives metadata, product feeds, search queries, locations, and related configuration.

Google Ads: when you connect Google Ads inside AiDo, we use OAuth and the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) so AiDo agents can retrieve account, campaign, and performance data and create or manage campaigns when you request those actions. Write operations are presented for your approval in the product before they are submitted to Google Ads, except where you explicitly configure autonomous or scheduled runs.

We request only the scopes required for the agent or integration you connect. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions and/or by disconnecting inside AiDo.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services (agents, assistants, MCP, reporting, automation).
  • Authenticate you, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Process subscriptions, credits, and customer support.
  • Send service-related notices (security, billing, material product changes).
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Human-in-the-loop actions: where AiDo proposes write operations on connected platforms (for example creating a campaign), those actions run only after your approval in the product workflow, except where you explicitly configure autonomous or scheduled runs.

4. Google API Services & Limited Use

AiDo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in AiDo (for example connecting an ad account, generating reports, auditing performance, or creating drafts you approve).
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us explicit permission for a support case, it is necessary for security/compliance investigations, or we are required by law—and then only with appropriate controls.
  • Data obtained via Google APIs is not transferred to other apps except as needed to operate AiDo infrastructure (for example secure hosting/database providers under contract) or when you direct an export/integration.

5. AI / ML model training disclosure

AiDo does not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs, Google Ads APIs, Search Console, YouTube, Merchant Center, Business Profile, or other connected Google user data to train, improve, or fine-tune general-purpose AI or machine learning models.

When AiDo uses large language models to help you (for example summarizing a report or drafting campaign copy), we send only the minimum context needed for that request. That processing is to deliver your requested output—not to train foundation models on your data. If you bring your own API keys, processing follows your provider's terms for that key.

6. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate AiDo:

  • Service providers — hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, email, Razorpay (payments), and integration infrastructure under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Connected platforms — when you ask AiDo to read from or write to an account you connected (for example Google Ads).
  • Legal — if required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or to protect users, the public, or AiDo.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention

  • Account data is kept while your account is active and as needed for legal/billing records.
  • Assistant run logs are typically retained for a short operational window (about 1–30 days depending on plan) for troubleshooting.
  • Agent task history is kept so you can review past work; you may delete it in-product where available.
  • OAuth tokens are kept while a connection remains authorized and are deleted or invalidated when you disconnect or revoke access.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and least-privilege practices for production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Access or update account profile information in the product.
  • Disconnect integrations in AiDo and revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Request deletion of your AiDo account and associated personal data by emailing care@aido.co.in (subject to legal retention needs).
  • Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

10. Children

AiDo is built for business and professional marketing use. The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. International transfers

We may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice.
